Alexandre is managing partner at XPND, his most recent venture. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Stingray Digital, a media company based in Montreal that owns and operates Galaxie, the leading broadcast radio stations available on TV in Canada, as well as The Karaoke Channel and Stingray360 (formerly Muzak Canada). A seasoned entrepreneur in the software and media industry, he is the founder of Nurun a company now owned by Quebecor, as well as the founder of Hexacto, a wireless gaming company, now owned by Electronic Arts.

Alexandre is Chairman of the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art and sits on various boards, including BeHaviour, gsmprjct°, iPerceptions and Lumenpulse.

Dominic is a partner at XPND Capital. Prior to joining XPND, he was Senior Vice President - Investment Banking at Messier Maris & Associés in New York and Paris where he spent 8 years advising on cross-border merger & acquisition and private equity transactions in the TMT industry.

Dominic is a partner at XPND Capital.

Prior to joining XPND, he was Senior Vice President - Investment Banking at Messier Maris & Associés in New York and Paris where he spent 8 years advising on cross-border merger & acquisition and private equity transactions in the TMT industry. He previously spent 4 years in corporate & investment banking at National Bank Financial in Montreal.

Dominic's areas of expertise include various industry sectors such as technology, Internet, media, telecommunication, leisure and entertainment, and retail. 

He graduated from HEC-Montreal in 2001 with a Master ès Sciences degree in finance and in 1999 with a B.Com degree in finance. He is a CFA charterholder.

Michel, a natural entrepreneur, obtained a bachelor’s degree in administration at Université Laval in 1980 and a MBA at McGill University in 1983. He joined the National Bank after graduation, working in corporate financing and investment banking.

Michel, a natural entrepreneur, obtained a bachelor’s degree in administration at Université Laval in 1980 and a MBA at McGill University in 1983. He joined the National Bank after graduation, working in corporate financing and investment banking. When he joined the Master Group in 1990, he brought his valuable experience and expertise to the leading distributor in the HVAC/R industry in Eastern Canada. After 15 successful years as the company’s VP Finance and CFO, he moved on to the CEO position in 2006. Michel is currently Chairman of the Board of the Tel-Jeunes Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young people in Quebec. He has also been closely involved with Cycle Capital – the largest Cleantech private equity fund in Canada – as a key member of the fund’s investment committee since its inception in 2009.

Pierre has more than 30 years of experience in the engineering services industry.

Pierre has more than 30 years of experience in the engineering services industry. He began his career in 1980 with a major engineering services firm in Quebec. Employed by the Corporation since 1989, he was previously Senior Associate Engineer in Municipal Infrastructures and Vice-President of Business Development. He has been President of the Corporation since 1995. Mr. Shoiry is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec since 1980. From 2002 to 2003, he was Chairman of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies - Canada and actively participated in promoting the engineering services industry in Canada and abroad. He was also President of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Quebec from 1998 to 1999. He holds a Bachelor's degree in applied science with a major in civil engineering, as well as a Master's degree in applied science, from Laval University. He is currently a Director of 5N Plus Inc.

Frédéric is Vice-President, Investments at Claridge, overseeing a large part of the investment program as well as the asset-mix and risk allocations.

Frédéric is Vice-President, Investments at Claridge, overseeing a large part of the investment program as well as the asset-mix and risk allocations. Prior to joining Claridge in 2005, he worked in the investment banking group at Desjardins Securities in Montreal. Previously, he worked as an engineer at Nortel Networks in Montreal, Paris and London as well as at Wind River Systems in Montreal. Frédéric holds an MBA from McGill University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi
